Call them resistant, negative, or mediocre. Whatever we call them they are still the most difficult people to work with.
This session provides role playing, specific examples, and exact strategies you can immediately implement to effect, control, or eliminate the most difficult staff members in the building. You will also learn how to deal with challenging parents, students and community members.  Every setting has them, and everyone has the power to improve their school by effectively dealing with these most challenging individuals.
You will leave with tools which will allow you to immediately, in a non-confrontational manner, reduce the influence of negative leaders in and out of the school, motivate less effective employees, eliminate non productive staff members while increasing the respect of the rest of the school community.
